Traditions has upgraded the features on the tried and true Buckstalker series to evolve it into the Buckstalker XT Northwest Magnum. Now with a premium-grade Chromoly steel barrel, this allows the Buckstalker XT Northwest Magnum to be lightweight yet accurate and strong.
The Buckstalker XT Northwest Magnum is equipped with the Elite XT Trigger system. This upgraded trigger features a precise and accurate trigger along with a rebounding hammer and manual cross block trigger safety.
This model is designed for hunters in Idaho and Oregon to meet state-specific regulations including open breech, open sights, and a musket ignition.
Thanks to the 24" barrel, this compact and maneuverable firearm is perfect for any situation from shots in dense brush to long shots across fields. This muzzleloader is equipped with the Accelerator Breech Plug which removes in three turns by hand and requires no tools. Additionally, this one piece stainless steel breech plug allows you to fire both loose and pelletized powder. The Dual Safety System makes this one of the safest muzzleloaders on the market thanks to the rebounding hammer and manual cross block trigger safety. The Buckstalker XT Northwest Magnum comes with the Quick-T Ramrod Handle. It functions like a palm saver and t-handle all in one, making it easier and more comfortable to load your rifle. The Quick-T Ramrod Handle has a t-shaped piece with brass jag that can screw in, allowing your ramrod to function like a work or cleaning rod. The Quick-T Ramrod Handle sits on your ramrod when it is in the storage position on your rifle.
