Sierra Hornet Rifle Bullets, in a .22 caliber 0.223-inch 45 grain, are formed with a thin-walled jacket and soft core using a traditional round nose shape for various cartridges, including the .22 K-Hornet, .22 Hornet, and .218 Bee, with muzzle velocities that range between 2,600 and 2,900 feet per second. The design produces outstanding accuracy and has highly effective expansion on small varmints.

These bullets are perfect for barrels with a 1x16-inch twist rate and muzzle velocities that need a short bullet to ensure proper stability. They also work amazingly well for medium-capacity cartridges, such as the .222 and .222 Remington.
