The Lyman Brass Smith Powder Trickler was designed with the serious reloader in mind, combining all the features that they are looking for. It starts with a static free die cast aluminum body, which is adjustable for height . The base is machined out of a solid piece of steel, which gives the trickler plenty of weight and stability. The trickler also comes with an aluminum feed tube which can be set-up for a longer reach with the addition of the included feed tube ex- tension . This allows it to be used with electronic scales with wider bodies, as well as mechanical beam scales. The large diameter knob on the feed tube gives you added precision and control when trickling powder out of the generously proportioned powder hopper. Finally, it has an attractive powder coat finish.
