When your cartridge cases are done cleaning, the drain plug opens and your tumbler media flows out of the tumbler into the drain pain, leaving your cleaned cases inside. This particular model has a 1.5-gallon capacity, which can hold and clean up to 750 .38 Special cases at one time.
