Dead Air Xeno Mount 3-Prong Flash Hider 5/8-24
The Xeno 3-Prong Micro Flash Hider works superbly as a stand alone muzzle device on 5.56 NATO/.223 REM caliber platforms, but really shines when paired with a Xeno Adapter equipped suppressor. The Xeno 3-Prong Micro Flash Hider gives you a short, lightweight suppressor mounting option with non-negotiable repeatability and a solid return to zero — ideal for precision-minded shooters. Even on short barrels with flashy ammo, the Xeno 3-Prong Micro Flash Hider is tuned specifically to .223 sized bullets and easily tames muzzle flash prevalent in this caliber. Despite its diminutive size, the Xeno 3-prong Micro Flash Hider, paired with a Xeno Adapter, still provides you, hard core users, the durability and repeatability you’ve come to expect from Dead Air.
The prongs of the Xeno 3-Prong Micro Flash Hider are detuned, just like on the full-size 3-prong series so they won’t resonate when fired or banged around.
Like the rest of the Xeno series, the forward elements of the flash hiders are designed so that even with carbon buildup on them, the silencer and adapter will still slide off after long shooting sessions. The Xeno Mounting System gives you more time on the firing line and less time cleaning up.
The shortened length also supports a more future-proof design with a heavy consideration for suppressors with smaller blast chambers across the industry.
The Xeno Flash Hider and Adapter mate together with left-handed threads, eliminating your worries of the adapter unthreading from your silencer when removed. This also lets you verify your mount is still tight when installing on your firearm.
Both the Flash Hider and Adapter feature ample tooling surfaces, giving you plenty of room and options. These tool features are accessible even when your suppressor is completely installed. This is for you folks that don’t remove your silencer for hundreds or thousands of rounds fired and may need that extra “torque.”
